Legal Biller
£15.50 per hour
Full time temporary for 4-6 weeks
City of London with mainly remote working. One week in the London office for training
Tate are supporting a leading professional services environment with the search for an experienced Legal Biller who can join the team for a minimum of four to six weeks. This role plays an important part in supporting accurate billing activity, ensuring consistent processes that help the wider finance function deliver a smooth and reliable service.
The ideal candidate will be available immediate due to the temporary nature of the assignment
Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing billing from fee earning departments
Managing payment of counsel fees in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Raising billing queries with teams
Adding Purchase Order numbers and issuing updated bills
Supporting credit control with client billing questions
Maintaining accurate billing records and organised filing systemsSkills and experience:
Two years billing experience within a law firm
Strong understanding of billing processes and fee structures
Excellent accuracy, organisation and communication
