Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires regular engagement with Operations, Maintenance Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure robust planned maintenance, contribute to root cause problem solving and support continuous improvement.

Self-driven, collaborative and committed to developing their own capability, the successful applicant will play a key role in driving plant uptime, asset reliability and cost competitiveness across the site.
