You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like. In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.70 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.

What we need from you
You don\'t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Our training team will do the rest.
Driver requirements
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are essential.

* You will be invited to tour the site and meet the team for a question-and-answer session.
* We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS).
* Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start.
Contract details
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Contracted days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8 hour shifts; further information provided during pre-boarding.
* Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
* Pay Structure: Lunar pay (paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule).
Hourly Pay Rate
* Basic rate: £13.25 (Mon–Sat)
* Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
* Sunday Day Premium: £1.33
* Sunday Evening Premium: £2.56
* Overtime (Mon–Sat Day Shift): £16.56
* Overtime (Mon–Sat Evening Shift): £17.96
