Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Double OTE + Equity
We are a currently partnered with a specialised data and bench marking platform designed to help financial institutions, investors, and corporations identify and manage the risks associated with high-growth technology providers.
The Role
* We are looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary driver of new business acquisition, responsible for bringing the value of our bench marking tools to market leaders.
* You aren't just selling a product; you are selling a new standard of transparency. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and high-level demonstrations to complex contract negotiations—acting as a strategic adviser to help clients solve critical challenges in supply chain risk and innovation management.
Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the financial services, investment, and corporate sectors.
* Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
* Solution Selling: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and deliver tailored platform demonstrations.
* Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, heads of procurement, and risk management leaders.
* Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to position our platform as the premier bench marking solution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Marketing teams to provide client feedback that informs the company road map.
Key Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within FinTech, RegTech, or Financial Services.
* Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and an interest in ESG, risk management, or operational resilience.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to senior decision-makers.
* Mindset: A \"disruptor\" mentality—comfortable in a fast-paced environment and driven by exceeding targets.
* Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a disciplined approach to CRM management.
