Full Job Description
Mantell Associates are seeking a talented and results-driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Consultant to join an ever-growing Clinical specialist team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within life science organizations, focusing on quality and operational excellence.
2. Develop and execute process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste in critical business operations.
3. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote CI principles and methodologies across teams.
4. Analyze data and operational processes to identify key areas for improvement and present actionable insights to leadership.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear performance metrics and track CI project progress.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship on Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
7. Ensure CI initiatives align with industry-specific regulations such as FDA, EMA, or GMP standards, maintaining compliance in the life sciences sector.
8. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes in regulated settings, demonstrating measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.
9. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance and patient outcomes.
10. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to drive CI initiatives across the value chain.
11. Manage and execute CI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and compliance standards.
12. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
13. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
14. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt) is highly preferred.
