Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays, 1 hour lunch) - 34 hrs per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy and well-established engineering services company operating across the South of England. The business works on large residential development projects and is looking for an organised and motivated apprentice to support its customer care and office administration team.

Requirements
* Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
* Good telephone manner and professional communication skills
* Ability to interact confidently with customers and businesses
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and conscientious with pride in their work
Responsibilities for an apprentice
* Coordinating calls, emails and bookings for the maintenance team
* Assisting with customer queries and general correspondence
* Reviewing and processing engineer reports
* Generating invoices and administrative reports for customer care jobs
* Supporting general office administration and record keeping
* Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with day-to-day office tasks
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Administration Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based role.
