Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford, gifted it to the National Trust in 1976. Today it employs over 100 staff and attracts more than 500,000 visitors a year. The Georgian mansion sits within a 300-acre deer park and next to an ever-changing seasonal garden. The busy team has a strong commercial focus and work in a fast-paced environment. Within the park walls there is also a shop, café, restaurant and ice cream parlour. On the wider Dunham Massey estate, there are 20 farms, 100 cottages, a golf course and an award-winning housing development. Using audience insight, you’ll work alongside senior colleagues to shape communication plans and manage reputational risk. Working at pace, you’ll oversee a small marketing team to promote programming, events and the wider offer across a range of channels.
