Performance Manager required to join a reputable regional contractor based in Hampshire.
About the role of Performance Manager
As Performance Manager, you will focus on ensuring compliance, reports and analytics throughout key projects, leading performance, strategy & development. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the board, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive strategy and improvement.
Responsibilities for Performance Manager
* Lead performance management throughout the business and across frameworks
* Monitor and track relevant KPI's whilst identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring accuracy
* Work collaboratively with Senior leadership team, promoting development and performance
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements for Performance Manager
* Previous experience using data and analytics to drive strategic decision making.
* Proven experience producing reports based on data and project information
* Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and build and maintain effective relationships.
* Relevant background and qualifications in a similar type of role
