Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
* Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
* Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN or working within healthcare/ care work
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
