Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Manchester, working within the exciting fintech industry. This role involves engaging with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
Pay Range and Benefits
The position offers a salary of up to £25,500, along with 26 days of annual leave, healthcare, and opportunities for salary reviews. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Altrincham office and 3 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming for timely and fair resolutions.
2. Investigate escalated issues thoroughly, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
3. Document all interactions accurately to support compliance and continuous improvement.
4. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in customer service, especially in complaint resolution and conflict management.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Portuguese or Spanish as an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues effectively.
* Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of financial services, regulations, and data protection is a plus.
