A Top 10 Contractor is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join their team on a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract. The main objective of the role will be to deliver procurement and commercial administration duties for a large infrastructure project.
Key Duties Include:
* Raising purchase orders for materials, plant and labour requirements.
* Managing goods receipts notes for purchase orders.
* Weekly cost tracking for contingent labour, materials and plant.
* Raising subcontractor payments and providing payment and contractual notices.
* Confirming payment approvals.
* Ensuring all appendices are in place.
