Non Medical Prescriber - CAMHS ADHD/Autism
£55 p/h
Paid via LTD Company.
Face to Face required.
Minimum 3 days per week.
Patient centric approach.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (V300).
* Background in nursing, pharmacy, or another relevant healthcare field (e.g. RMN, Paediatric Nurse, or Clinical Pharmacist).
* Demonstrable experience working with children and adolescents with ADHD and/or Autism.
* Up-to-date knowledge of ADHD medications, side effects, and prescribing protocols.
* Registered with an appropriate regulatory body (e.g., NMC, GPhC).
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities :
* Conduct face-to-face and/or remote consultations for children with diagnosed or suspected ADHD.
* Initiate, titrate, and monitor pharmacological treatment for ADHD in accordance with guidelines.
* Liaise with multi-disciplinary colleagues, schools, and families to ensure coordinated care.
* Provide clinical input into diagnostic pathways, especially where medication management is indicated.
* Maintain accurate records in line with clinic protocols and CQC requirements.
* Participate in safeguarding processes and contribute to team meetings and clinical governance.
* Keep up to date with current evidence, training, and relevant CPD.
