Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: 1. Ensuring appropriate Operational Support resource is allocated for the administrative support for national functions. 2. Providing resource for full executive secretariat functions and managing administrative tasks for HMCG management operational meetings and working groups as required. 3. Management of the HMCG uniform ordering process. 4. Providing Operational Support resource to HMCG Operations. 5. Management and administration of team email inboxes. 6. Line management activities of the reporting officers including conducting performance management reviews, staff welfare, leave and absence requests and authorisation of staff travel and expenses.
