Overview
You'll be joining the Engineering Department as part of the Assets function that will provide engineering expertise across the Business including our major investment programme for AMP8 and beyond. The projects included within the programme vary in scale and complexity, encompassing maintenance and improvement works to all of Welsh Water's assets. This could include dams, pipelines, treatment works, pumping stations, and various others within our ownership throughout Wales providing a varied range of projects in the water industry. Your role will include:
Responsibilities
* Undertaking feasibility studies and develop details design for capital projects.
* Develop project management skills and manager internal and external stakeholders when leading on projects.
* Work with our Capital Partners and wider supply chain to deliver projects.
* Opportunity to attain professional membership e.g. Chartered Engineer.
* Opportunity to work with industry leaders at various events.

Qualifications
* We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Water Engineering related degree by September 2026.
