About the role

As an Executive Search Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top senior leadership talent for Reckitt globally, across Europe, North America, and Emerging Markets. Reporting to an Executive Search Lead, you will manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, assessing, and supporting the ESL in placing senior executives. This role requires close collaboration with key business stakeholders to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.


Your responsibilities

1. Partner with leadership to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
2. Develop and execute search strategies in collaboration with the ESL to identify high-caliber executive talent.
3. Conduct global market mapping, talent research, and gather competitive intelligence.
4. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.
5. Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
6. Collaborate with regional TA Leadership and other TA Managers to share best practices and insights.


The experience we're looking for

* Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment (search firm or in-house).
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to assess leadership competencies and organizational fit.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
