Overview
The Sr Staff Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and running complex, multi-disciplinary programs that span across multiple regions/sites. This role requires critical thinking, outstanding leadership, and the ability to manage individuals at all levels. The Sr Staff Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Program & Project Management Office, Site GMs, Quality Project Lead) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans in alignment with the company's global goals.
* Lead and run multiple global programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including quality, operations, to achieve program objectives.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, including customers, partners, and internal team members.
* Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other collaborators.
* Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the program team.
* Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects at the sites
* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers, customers, and collaborators.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global or multinational programs.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.
* Excellent Program Management skills

* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
