What You'll Be Doing: Managing shipments via six courier vendor platforms (UK & international) Raising commercial invoices and ensuring export compliance Liaising with scheduling teams and clearing SAP queues Producing end-of-day reports and shipping manifests Escalating issues effectively to internal teams and management Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in a 6S environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP and WMCS preferred) Export compliance knowledge (advantageous) Strong attention to detail and numerical skills Excellent communication and time management Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Counterbalance FLT licence (desirable) Experience with stock management, picks, and putaway.
