Overview
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client’s site within Swindon, front of house. The role involves ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service, with duties on the ground floor such as assisting visitors, answering emails and phone calls promptly, handling queries, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Ensure a five-star service by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
* Answer calls and emails promptly and appropriately
* Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
* Deal with queries from occupiers or workers
* Sign in visitors and provide directions
* Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and the designated Facilities Management team
* Keep the front of house area immaculately presented; replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy
Requirements / Qualifications
* Customer-facing experience in hotels, corporate, airlines, or marketing/event environments
* Enthusiastic about delivering a high level of service at all times
* Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
* Well presented at all times
* Excellent communication skills for dealing with high-profile clients
* Salary: £14ph - £16ph
* Contract: Temporary Receptionist; Location: Swindon; Working four days
