Key Responsibilities:
As the kitchen lead, you'll be responsible for all day-to-day kitchen management duties, including:
Leading the kitchen operation and maintaining standards
Managing ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Preparing and serving fresh pub-style food
Supporting and developing the food offering to a higher standard
Working closely with the Head Chef support cover arrangement for days off and weekends
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
