About the Self Employed Mortgage Broker Role
You’ll be joining as a Self Employed Mortgage Broker, working remotely while covering the Kent patch. The leads? Already coming in thick and fast. The introducers? Established and waiting to hear from you. You’ll focus on managing these relationships, converting high-quality leads, and providing expert advice across residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
You don’t need your own client book — just the experience, drive, and confidence to convert leads and grow this expanding territory even further.
* Managing and converting a steady stream of qualified leads
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with a strong network of introducers
* Advising clients on mortgage options across residential, buy-to-let, and potentially specialist lending products
* Submitting and processing applications efficiently with full back-office support
* Staying up to date with lender criteria and industry changes
Self Employed Mortgage Broker Package
* Self-employed with a 50/50 commission split
* £2,000 monthly guarantee for the first 6 months to ease the transition

Self Employed Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 12 months’ experience as a mortgage adviser or broker
* Experience with residential and/or buy-to-let mortgages
* Confident relationship builder – especially with introducers
* Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
* Based in or able to cover Kent (remote working supported)
