The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a office administration role and be comfortable working in a demanding and constantly evolving setting. Main Responsibilities Manage office operations - oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain supplies, and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate communication - liaise with members, staff, and external contacts. Schedule and organise - arrange meetings, appointments, and member events. Maintain records and documentation - handle filing systems, data entry, and report preparation. Support staff and management - assist with onboarding, payroll, and other operational tasks. Required Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving, high pressure environment.
