Responsibilities
* Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs
* Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
* Supporting residents at meals time
* Mentor & assist new employees
* Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents' specific needs
* Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team
* Have a friendly & caring attitude
* Experience of administrating medication
* Able to engage well with the residents and their families
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this
* Great communication skills, both written & verbal
