Liv Padel is a brand‑new premium padel club opening at the well‑known Four Ashes Golf Centre in Dorridge, Solihull. With three high‑quality courts in a modern, welcoming environment, we're building a club that feels vibrant, community‑driven and genuinely fun.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Head Coach who will lead our coaching programme, mentor other coaches and shape the club's player development.

Role Overview
The Head Coach leads all coaching activity, ensuring high coaching standards, strong community engagement and high‑quality player development. You will lead coaching delivery, oversee programme design and collaborate closely with the club team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors warmly and be a champion for the club by embodying the club values.
* Influence design of Liv Padel's coaching programme and deliver high‑quality coaching sessions
* Support development of all player levels, including providing expert technical, tactical and physical development guidance
* Maintain industry-leading coaching knowledge and appropriate certifications.
* Mentor, lead and collaborate with other coaches
* Contribute and support corporate offering, events, tournaments, club growth and player retention
* Ensure player safety and uphold club standards by keeping the courts and social areas clean and tidy, reporting issues as needed.
Key Requirements
* Strong interest in padel and extensive padel coaching experience with relevant qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills ideally having mentored other coaches before
* Ability to coach all ages and abilities
* Genuine passion for player development and club growth
* Flexible working pattern (including evenings/weekends)
* Friendly, collaborative and professional presence
* First Aid Trained/CPR qualified with appropriate certification.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
