The role will involve:
Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons that inspire, challenge, and stretch learners
Assessing progress and providing clear, structured feedback
Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and mutual respect
Contributing to departmental planning, interventions, and whole-school initiatives
Participating in meetings, training, and professional development
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging Maths lessons
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills
Be committed to raising attainment for all students
Be available to start immediately and able to work on a full-time basis
