The Role
As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing and ensuring a positive school environment. You will:
* Provide pastoral support to students across the school.
* Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address barriers to learning.
* Monitor attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding concerns.
* Implement strategies to improve student engagement and achievement.
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role within a school setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting young people.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
