Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Recruitment Administrator
for our client based in central Aylesbury.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:00pm
Salary: £15,792
Contract: 12 month FTC
Hybrid working
Duties:
Managing recruitment platforms and liaising with recruitment agencies with reference to current roles Collating of applications for vacant positions Booking and organising interviews Completing administration for new recruits, including pre-employment information Ordering stationery, liaising with the landlord to arrange any external repairs Managing incoming post Assisting payroll with processing expenses Greeting incoming visitors
Requirements:
Previous administration experience Great attention to detail Great customer service experience
