Your Experience
The department seeks a 5+ PQE Data, Digital, and Commercial Lawyer capable of leading complex projects and developing the team.
Experience in leading commercial and technology projects, GDPR, data transfers, cybersecurity, AI governance, and data initiatives.
Drafting and negotiating data sharing, processing agreements, and commercial contracts.
Managing key client relationships and providing practical advice.
Handling regulatory issues and supporting incident responses and investigations.
Mentoring junior lawyers and ensuring high-quality work.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for comprehensive client support.
Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and client engagement.
Supporting professional growth, shaping team direction, managing client relationships, and leading projects.
