One of my children is disabled and has a condition called D George syndrome for people that don’t understand that it’s basically very similar to down syndrome but one has one jeans too many and one has one jeans two less his non-viable lovely boy, but can be at sometimes a little bit more work than the other others. I feel it appropriate that I let the person know this who will be looking to take this job on. He loves routine and structure but does struggle going down of an evening, hence we give lots and lots of activities throughout the day which makes him tired of an evening.
