Were looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where youll be the first point of contact for patients and clients playing a vital role in their recovery journey.

You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.


Were after individuals who are:

* Detail-oriented and highly organised
* Driven by delivering excellent customer service
* Ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment


Qualifications (any of the following)

* GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)


Experience

* Customer service or contact centre experience
* Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients
* Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems


Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

* Salary: £26,436.80 per year (40 hours/week)
* Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday-Friday, with some Saturday mornings (08:00-13:00)
