LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive Christmas experience created with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals.
Each year, the event sells out within hours and welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests, including celebrities and members of the Royal Family. Families journey through a 4.5-hour theatrical world of storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder, creating truly unforgettable memories.
The Role: Magic Elf
Magic Elves are at the heart of the LaplandUK story. Fully costumed and in character throughout the experience, you'll help bring Father Christmas's enchanted woodland world to life for every family who visits.
In this role, you will:
* Guide families through the snowy wonderland, leading them along magical Elven pathways
* Support Father Christmas during his visits, helping ensure each child's experience feels authentic and filled with wonder
* Take part in interactive performances and immersive storytelling moments that captivate and delight
* Create lasting memories through your warmth, energy, and festive spirit
What We're Looking For
We're seeking joyful, engaging individuals who are comfortable performing and interacting with guests in character.
You should be:
* Experienced or confident in performance, entertainment, or interactive storytelling
* Comfortable engaging with children and families in a playful, character-led environment
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and a dependable team player
* Adaptable and happy working in a fast-paced, immersive setting
Key Dates
* Paid training: 24th Oct 25 – 10th Nov 25
* Open to the public: 11th Nov 25 – 24th Dec 25
Pay & Benefits
* £13.25 per hour, plus holiday pay
