We're seeking a skilled copywriter to join our client’s team. This role involves creating copy for weekly recipe content across various platforms such as the web, books, and other product/licensing opportunities. Additionally, the copywriter will contribute to non-recipe content including blog posts, social media captions, video scripts, and email newsletters. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge and be adept at crafting content while keeping key keywords in focus.
The Role:
* Produce and edit captivating copy for website recipes, blogs, social media posts, emails, and various marketing materials.
* Develop content for marketing campaigns, book launches, and promotional materials.
* Utilise AI tools to aid in routine copywriting and editing tasks, maintaining high quality and authenticity.
* Drive the content strategy, crafting an Editorial Calendar aligned with brand objectives such as book campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
* Collaborate with Marketing Executives and the creative team to brainstorm, plan, and execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
* Review and approve team members' copy to ensure consistency with our client’s voice.
* Conduct copy workshops to enhance team members' skills, including training on leveraging AI tools.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver engaging campaigns that boost brand awareness and product sales.
* Strategically plan and execute a blog content strategy informed by SEO to drive traffic and engagement.
* Track content performance metrics across platforms, using data to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.
* Implement strategies to boost engagement, expand reach, and maintain brand consistency across all content channels.
Who are we looking for?
* Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field
* Strong grasp of SEO principles and their application in copywriting
* Experience using content management systems, particularly WordPress
