What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be integral to managing a successful sales region. You will work alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base. Additionally, you will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
* Providing technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
* Training staff on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
* Generating sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
* Managing logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock
* Providing onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives
* Following internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
* Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
* Acquiring necessary knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
* Keeping SalesForce updated for accounts
* Attending sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required
* Providing monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager on performance, activities, and competitive situation
