Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Manager & PA to Director to oversee the daily operations of our Architects studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a passion for fostering a creative environment. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service.
* Utilise Xero for financial tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Maintain organised files and documentation, both physical and digital, using in house management software and Microsoft Office.
* Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, managing schedules, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism.
* Assist in the planning and execution of studio events, workshops, and client meetings.
* Develop and implement organisational systems to enhance productivity within the studio environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain and add content to the current website and social media platforms
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a creative or studio environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
