Joining McCarthy Stone as an Estate Manager offers the opportunity to manage a thriving community of active and independent older people, in elegant private apartments with a dedicated and friendly team.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £36,124 – £39,124 (DOE)
* Bonuses: Uncapped quarterly performance bonuses – top performers earn over £3,500 per quarter

Hours: 38.75 per week. Mixed weekday and weekend shifts.

About You
* You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
* Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
* Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
* QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management (preferably in this sector). Consideration given to those who are over 75% through the qualification process or have been previously CQC.
* Confident and experienced people manager who can bring the best out of their team.
* Experience running a senior living or care development with understanding of Health and Safety, property management, and budgetary requirements.
