Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay: £25,000 - £30,000

Role Purpose
Support the business by providing office support for remediation/asbestos projects.
Responsibilities:
* Organise office duties to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
* Assist with logging environmental enquiries and setting up folders
* Notify all licensed and NNLW works
* Assist in planning and ordering resources for asbestos remediation projects
* Produce purchase orders and complete invoicing
* Compile site packs and close-out reports
* Maintain HSE documentation and records
* Monitor project financials and training requirements
* Ensure accident procedures are followed
* Attend and document meetings
* Participate in company objectives and adhoc tasks
Key Skills:
* Experience in a similar role
* Customer service focus
* Knowledge of asbestos and environmental legislation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote meeting tools
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Organisational and financial monitoring skills
* Honest and reliable
* Ability to prioritise and manage time
* Full driving license
* Willing to work additional hours as needed
