You will provide essential administration to support to a team of telephone advisers with a range of administrative tasks, including data collection and input, and the preparation, printing and posting of letters and forms

* Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
* Provides essential administrative and paralegal support to fee earning, assisting with a varied caseload of family & civil law matters


Key Responsibilities

* Support Family solicitor with a varied caseload of family law matters
* Provide legal and procedural support through telephone, face-to-face and email contact
* Draft and prepare court documents, applications, statements, correspondence, instructions to Counsel, and hearing bundles as directed.
* Undertake legal and factual research, review case papers and histories, and assist in identifying the most appropriate next steps in each matter.
* Hold a caseload with the support and supervisor of the Family solicitor
