We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Domestic Sales team, in our Castleford Office. This is a temporary position until May 2026. Location : Castleford- Free onsite parking. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders. You'll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel. Asking security questions to validate customer identity. Supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with care. Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries, and offering solutions to resolve issues. Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded. Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.
