We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality manager to join our team at Kiwi/Picton Barracks in Wiltshire. If you're ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
1. Operational Leadership & Standards: Oversee daily service delivery to ensure it meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Sodexo standards. Act as duty manager when required, ensuring operational excellence across departments.
2. Team & Performance Management: Lead and support your team through regular 1-to-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards.
3. Client & Customer Relations: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings, proactively responding to feedback, compliments, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
4. Business Growth & Compliance: Support business development by identifying growth opportunities, executing promotional activities, and contributing to site financial performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
5. Training & Development: Commit to ongoing professional development, completing required training, and promoting staff development through coaching and mentoring.
6. Asset & Risk Management: Ensure the care and security of company and client property, manage incidents effectively, and report equipment faults or irregularities promptly.
What you bring:
1. Proven leadership and management experience in the soft FM service industry, with strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
2. Effective people management skills, including recruitment, training, performance management, and handling HR procedures such as disciplinaries and grievances.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
4. Sound knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong analytical skills to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
