This role is located in our Warehouse in Kilmarnock, Scotland
Purpose of Role:
Assist the Head of Supply Chain and Distribution to ensure that the Stock Integrity function effectively achieves its primary objectives. Maintain the accuracy of the stock figures across the business, ensuring proper processes and controls are followed. Assist with the operational and stock control components of internal stock movements throughout the business. Act as the first point of contact for Stock Integrity related issues for both internal and external business parties.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
1. Control daily branch transfer collections for stores.
2. Organise collections and investigate any failed collections.
3. Resolve discrepancies.
4. Organise bulk collections.
5. Chase outstanding IBTs with stores and departments.
6. Investigate non-delivered IBTs through to resolution or carrier claim.
7. Resolve store delivery queries.
8. Control Selfridges online stock integrity.
9. Investigate and resolve stock delivery discrepancies.
10. Ensure stock received onto Midas to facilitate invoicing of goods.
11. Organise returns.
12. Assist audit team with audits.
13. Process stock adjustments on system (currently Midas) for the whole business and keep accurate records.
14. Pre-alert store delivery volumes for critical stores to ensure correct Fedex vehicle capacity and staffing.
15. Process MTO supplier delivery shortages through to credit.
16. Chase missing cartons from deliveries raised by store with the appropriate carrier until resolved.
17. Report and claim for lost in transit store deliveries.
18. Assist audit team where required to investigate discrepancies resulting from audits across the business and process subsequent adjustments.
19. Perform any other tasks deemed appropriate for the role as determined by the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics.
