We are pleased to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare to recruit a Sales Administrator. This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager and will include the following duties: * Managing communications – responding t emails and calls * Building strong client relationships * Sending promotional material to keep clients engaged * Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations * Issue and follow up quotations using the company SOP system The successful Sales Administrator candidate is likely to have the following skills: * Polite telephone manner and telesales experience * Work well in a team and as an individual * Be proactive in finding and contacting new customers * Competent computer skills * Be organised and able to priories your workload * Capable of building relationships with customers and suppliers The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
