Field Sales Executive - Weetabix
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Maidstone, East London, Dover, Hastings, and surrounds
Salary: £25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + hybrid company car + incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Develop strong in‑store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s, and Sainsbury’s
* Implement a defined perfect store model to optimize store and customer performance
* Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays
* Maximize brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, sales expertise, and relationships built at the store level
Requirements
* Full manual UK driving licence for at least 12 months
* Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence working with data to drive sales insights
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
