This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals. Proficiency in both English is highly desirable, as it will enable you to connect with a broader audience.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns from clients.
* Utilise CRM's and Diallers to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately.
* Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
* Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
