Job Title: Sales Admin Manager

Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and support the commercial team. This role involves managing a team of administrators, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth running of internal systems. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to foster a productive and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and supervise the administrative team
2. Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with Heads of Department (HODs)
3. Monitor and balance workloads across the team, redistributing tasks as needed
4. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings in partnership with HODs
5. Manage holiday allocations and coordinate the Saturday rota
6. Support consignment management and develop commercial skills
7. Train new team members on systems and internal processes
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
9. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
11. Excellent communication skills across phone, email, Teams, and in-person interactions
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
13. Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement
14. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to train others
15. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
