CNC Turner. Location: Based 10 mins from Croydon / Coulsdon area. Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum. Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 (1-hour lunch). Contract: Permanent. CNC Turner Duties
* Operating and setting a Nakamura AS200L twin-spindle lathe (Fanuc controls)
* Working to tight tolerances on small batch production
* Performing in-process checks using micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.
* Supporting other areas of the workshop when machines are running (such as anodising)
* Taking part in continuous improvement activities across tooling, layout, and setups
* Developing programming skills over time (Fusion 360 used in-house)
CNC Turner Profile
* 3+ years\' experience operating and setting CNC lathes
* Confident with Fanuc controls and basic offsets/setups
* Competent in self-inspection and understanding tolerances
* Interest in developing programming skills (training provided)
* A hands-on team player with a keen eye for detail
* Based within 40 mins of CR5 postcode
