Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine HSE inspections on offshore platforms, jack-up vessels, and transfer boats to ensure compliance with site safety procedures and marine regulations.
* Support daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, vessel crew, and subcontractors prior to offshore tasks.
* Monitor adherence to PPE requirements and safe systems of work during turbine maintenance, cable handling, and marine operations.
* Assist in implementing emergency response drills including man-overboard, fire, and medevac scenarios.
* Complete daily HSE reports and observations, escalating potential hazards to the on-site HSE lead.
* Participate in permit-to-work checks, ensuring proper documentation for confined space entry, working at height, and hot works.
* Promote a strong safety culture through regular safety conversations and proactive engagement with offshore teams.
Key Experience:
* Gained hands-on experience in offshore safety practices under challenging weather and operational conditions.
* Familiarity with LOLER, PUWER, and MAR (Marine Guidance Notes) in an offshore environment.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including marine crew, wind technicians, and HSE advisors.
