MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR - Programme for Scotland’s Childminding Future Part-time 18 hrs per week Salary £27,278 - £29,930 (pro rata for part time staff) We’re looking for a creative professional with a passion for delivering high-quality content to join our busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to join SCMA in support of the delivery of a national Marketing and Communications Campaign which is focused on the retention and recruitment of childminders in Scotland. You’ll be supporting the delivery and performance of our digital channels and creating engaging written content for publications and website in line with SCMA’s branding. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to support the design and delivery of targeted communications to a variety of audiences that inspire and inform. You’ll use a creative, multichannel approach to ensure updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with our organisational goals. You’ll be central to supporting key communications projects and familiar with measuring their effectiveness. What else do you need to know? Funding is to March 2026, taking us to the end of year two - this is part of a 3-year proposal with funding confirmation received on an annual basis. The post is home based, requiring travel and attendance at occasional meetings and events across Scotland (including attendance at Head Office in Stirling).
