Responsibilities
* Maintain 100% accuracy in all vehicle administration, including invoicing, taxation, and manufacturer system updates.
* Process sales documentation efficiently, ensuring every stage of the sales process is fully completed.
* Monitor and support the sales progress, ensuring timely vehicle delivery and clear communication across the team.
* Maintain accurate records for audits and uphold the highest data and process standards.
* Assist accounts and provide accurate and timely sales reports.
* Allocate costs and bonuses correctly to ensure financial accuracy across all vehicle transactions.
Qualifications
* Previous administration and/or sales administration experience, with preference for experience in the motor industry.
* Customer‑centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills.
