Our Client, a global private markets investor, is looking for an ambitious deals counsel with good Secondaries exposure as part of a broader Corporate M&A/PE background.
Candidates with a strong track record in practice, or in-house, are heavily encouraged to apply. The GC is looking for a strong cultural fit to underpin a good depth of experience. This is a long term growth opportunity and the succesful candidate will have the opportunity to build a deals team in the mid-term.
Requirements:
* 5-8 PQE with a strong track record in a ranked Corporate M&A/PE practice team
* Secondment or formal in-house experience in a Tier 1 LP highly desirable
* Strong academic track record
* Willing to work in the office 4 days a week
* Right to work in the UK
* Qualified in E&W and in good standing with the SRA - highly preferable
