Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Unqualified: Base salary of £27,519.96 with the potential to earn up to a total of £32,919.96 with sleep in shifts.
Qualified (full diploma Level 5 qualified or equivalent): Base salary of £28,128.36 with the potential to earn up to a total of £33,528.36 with sleep in shifts.
Specific Hours: 39 hours per week- shift pattern

The underpinning ethos within our homes is of fostering appropriate relationships with young people and their significant others, to support them within their future transitions into adulthood.
We are currently looking for Senior Residential Child Care Workers to join our new home in Pontefract.
Main responsibilities
1. Complete key domestic duties on a day-to-day basis that ensure a homely environment is maintained
2. Encourage the development of individual interests and attitudes by planning, organising and participating in activities
3. To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of each young person in accordance with Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018. To assess individual needs and contribute to care and risk plans
