Why we need this role:
The Account Executive in the Public Services sector will drive business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing and new accounts. The focus will be on nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities with government departments, leading sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to position Colt's solutions effectively within the Public Services sector.
Responsibilities:
* Develop initiatives to grow revenue from new accounts and maximize cross-selling.
* Create data-driven strategies to manage client activities.
* Build and nurture client relationships, aligning Colt’s solutions with their objectives.
* Collaborate with Customer Success to strengthen relationships and revenue.
* Engage with Marketing and GLG teams for lead generation.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Lead and mentor virtual sales teams and support strategic account planning.
* Manage forecasting and pipeline activities using proven sales methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Successful experience in revenue growth and managing complex accounts in the Public Services sector.
* Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and deliver impactful presentations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of technology and data networking.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
